Black Sea container lines rating Q1 2013

Rating is based on consolidated data of container lines handling at container terminals, without transshipment, at following markets:

• Ukraine, terminals: HPC Ukraine, Container terminal Illychevsk, TIS, Broklyn Kiev;
• Russia, terminals: NUTEP, NLE, NSCP;
• Romania, terminals: CSCT, SOCEP;
• Bulgaria, port terminals: Varna, Burgas;
• Georgia, port terminals: Poti, Batumi.

Interesting that many changes happened in Q1 2013 comparing to 2012. CMA CGM exchanged places with ZIM, moved from 4th place to 3rd, and ZIM from 3rd place to 4th. Happag Lloyd moved up from 7th palce to 6th, and Evergreen moved up from 10th place to 7th. CSAV moved down from 6th place to 9th. OOCL and APL moved up accordingly from 12th place to 10th and from 16th place to 11th. Kline moved down from 9th place to 12th. Moved down also WHL and YML from 11th place to 14th and from 14th to 15th accordingly. MOL moved up from 18th to 16th, and Admiral moved down from 15th place to 17th. NYK also lost positions and dropped from 17th place to 18th.
