Informall BG started in 2005 as advisory team for international investor, arrived to the area.


Since 2005 Company capitalization undergoes steady growth through the following evolution:


2005 Consulting for industrial property development in Ukraine and Moldova. Consulting for hospital project development (public-private partnership) in Ukraine.


2006 Private port development project in Ukraine. Studies and research for global and national investors into transport service and infrastructure. Research for governmental organisations in Ukraine.


2007 Private investments into transport infrastructure, education, ship management projects in Black Sea countries. Buyouts in education sector. Acquisitions in freight forwarding sector. Consulting for investors into transport service and infrastructure projects.


2008-2009 Acquisitions in ship management, freight forwarding andagency sectors across Black Sea and Eastern Mediterranean countries. Regular analytical publications’ production.


2010-2011 Extension of investment portfolio towards food & fodder trading, production and media sectors in Ukraine. Transportation business expansion to Central Asia countries. Client portfolio extension on account of co-operation with governmental, International and non-governmental organisations.


2012 Development of new regular analytic production. Client portfolio extension on account of co-operation with regional and global shipping lines. Consulting on container terminal development project in EU. Consulting on private port development in Russia.


2013 Consulting on liner agencies’ network development in Georgia, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria. Shares’ acquisition in forwarding and liner agency sectors.


2014 Development of regular Trade Studies for Liner Operators for Ukrainian cargo traffics.


2015 Extension of International Container Line Service to Ukraine. Shares acquisition in Liner Agency.


2016 Extension of Global freight forwarding and logistics Operator service to Ukraine (sea-freight and air-freight). World Bank Group Study “Preliminary Viability Study Assessment of Private Participation Options for the Development of the Lower Dnieper Waterway and Kherson Port”. Work as a part of consulting consortium, headed by Royal Haskoning DHV.


2017 EBRD project under “Sustainable Transport Technical Assistance Programme”, Study “Dnipro Waterway: Identification of repair needs”. Work as a part of consulting consortium, headed by Royal Haskoning DHV.
